Michaela is an Executive Assessment Consultant whose practice focuses on leadership assessment and development. She merges her knowledge of industrial organizational psychology and passion for crafting sustainable leadership solutions to help organizations identify top talent, build out strong leadership benches, and guide leaders through bespoke development journeys.
As a coach, Michaela establishes relationships built on trust and integrity to balance supporting and challenging the coachee to realize their full potential. She understands the importance of holding up the mirror for a coachee so they can begin to incorporate a variety of perspectives into their leadership style, expand their thought process, and increase their self-awareness related to the impact they have on those around them. Her coaching practice is data driven and measurable, leveraging 360 feedback, psychometric assessments, and action plans with clear metrics.
Prior to AIIR, Michaela built her career in executive coaching, executive assessment, team effectiveness, and Diversity Equity and Inclusion at Ferguson Partners. While at Ferguson Partners, Michaela helped clients develop leadership frameworks and competency models to identify, assess, and develop high-potential talent. She also helped launch Ferguson Partners’ Diversity Equity and Inclusion offering.
Michaela’s thought leadership includes leading through change, creating cultures of innovation, and the future of executive leadership. Her work has been featured in the annual publication for the Association of Foreign Investors in Real Estate (AFIRE). She is also a speaker on various topics including work life balance, strategic self-awareness, and inclusivity in the workplace.
