Mike joined AIIR at the end of September 2020 as a member of the Client Success Team. Prior to AIIR, Mike worked at the Center for Creative Leadership for over 20 years as a member of their Custom Solutions Group. Mike really enjoys working with clients in the areas of leadership development and coaching.
Living in Colorado Springs, in his free time Mike likes to get out and enjoy the Colorado sunshine any way that he can. That usually means playing golf (not well!) with his son Alex or hiking/walking with his adopted dog, Athena.
