Patrycja Arundel is a Business Development Manager at AIIR Consulting. In this role, she manages outreach to AIIR's potential new clients and assists with diagnosing and addressing their leadership development needs. With her background in psychology, organizational behavior, and decision making science, as well as her experience in research, Patrycja is passionate about empowering leaders and organizations to thrive by using behavioral science and scientifically-grounded solutions. Patrycja earned her BA in Psychology from University of California, Los Angeles, summa cum laude, with the highest departmental and college honors distinctions. Based in Southern California, she enjoys going to the beach, hiking, and trying out new restaurants with her friends.
