Paul Lim MSc, BSc, MBA
Paul is an experienced coach, team coach, leadership facilitator and OD consultant, with over 30 years of corporate experience and more than 15 years in coaching across Asia-Pacific. He brings a wide range of experiences in both private and public sectors to his clients.
Paul has delivered multiple coaching assignments and workshops across Asia-Pacific. His clients value his depth and breadth of corporate experience, executive maturity, experience working with different cultures, and adept flexibility in matching his services to his clients’ unique needs.
Prior to setting his independent consultancy, Paul led the Center for Leadership Development at the Singapore Civil Service College. In this role, he revamped leadership programs across all levels of leaders, introduced coaching into the process, and instituted a more robust range of adult learning methodologies to strengthen leadership and organizational development in the public service.
Before that, he was regional director and managing director with various international consultancies including the Hay Group, Buck Consulting and Aon Consulting, operating across Asia-Pacific. He also held leadership roles with PepsiCo, American Express, ExxonMobil and Singapore Airlines.
