Rajeev Raju’s 23-year career experience includes roles in Management Consulting, Corporate Banking, Investment Banking, Private Equity, Strategic Advisory and Executive Coaching.
Geographically, Rajeev’s exposure spans the Asia Pacific markets including India, Singapore, Australia, The Philippines and Malaysia. His sector experience covers energy, telecom, media, real estate, healthcare, breweries, automobiles, financial services, information technology, professional services and manufacturing.
As a Certified Coach and Facilitator, Rajeev has been involved in engagements encompassing vision setting, strategy facilitation, personal branding, trusted advisor, communication skills, leadership development, conflict management and leadership behavioural coaching. His clientele has been mainly CXOs and high performers in global organizations across the Asia Pacific region.
Rajeev’s foray into Executive Coaching is a further extension of his experience and capabilities in leading and mentoring high performance teams in dynamic organizations and under complex situations. To enhance the value of his coaching assignments, he brings together his rich experience in working across countries, cultures, organisations and his strength in leading people to the fore. Based on real-life coaching experiences, Rajeev has authored a paper on Tolerance QuotientTM.
In most of his past roles, Rajeev has specialized in setting up new businesses or targeting new markets and running them successfully while simultaneously hiring and leading highly energized teams. He also mentored colleagues across the Asia Pacific region in his last role with Deutsche Bank.
In the past, he has worked with prominent and global organizations such as Ernst & Young (Bangalore), Scotiabank (Bangalore & Singapore), DBS Bank (Mumbai), GE Capital (Mumbai) and Deutsche Bank (Mumbai). Rajeev is also a qualified Chartered Accountant and Cost & Works Accountant.
