Robin Schletter MA
As an Executive Coach, Robin Schletter develops a partnership with her clients through open and honest dialogue with an emphasis on results. She helps senior executives and high potential management overcome persistent obstacles and performance challenges to build their value and commitment to their organization. Robin has coached executives across sectors on goals related to leadership style, self-awareness, self-management, confidence, executive presence, conflict resolution, and interpersonal dynamics. She has a particular passion in working to develop high performing teams.
Robin’s professional history spans over 30 years and began with a focus on the design, development and implementation of training programs. At Home Box Office (HBO) she spearheaded the landmark affiliate training function that created the first nationwide system to improve sales and customer service for over 150,000 customer contact personnel. This work led her to focus on how management issues impact the performance of the front line and the bottom line.
Her non-profit work began with the Susan G. Komen Foundation. This affiliation resulted in meaningful success as she worked with a team of professionals to create a new channel for funding to outlets supporting breast cancer care in underserved and underprivileged populations. She is the Past President of the Board of Dance to Unite, a non-profit organization in NYC committed to creating experiences for children to develop compassion, understanding and respect for all cultures in the hope of promoting future peace.
Robin is a graduate of Columbia University's Advanced Executive Coaching Certification Program. She is certified to administer The Hogan, The Birkman Method, NBI: Thinking Preferences Assessment, Bates Communications ExPI (Executive Presence), the Team Diagnostic Survey and is a certified leader in AIIR’s Team Effectiveness. She has completed Peter Hawkins “Systemic Team Coaching” program, the Gestalt Advanced Coaching Workshop, and the Oxford Brooks Coach Supervision Program. She holds a Certificate in Training and Development from New York University. Her Master’s Degree in Psychology is from the New School for Social Research in New York City and she holds a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Psychology and Sociology, summa cum laude, from Long Island University.
Robin is currently serving on the Board of Governors for The New School for Social Research. She is a member of the New York Chapter of ICF (International Coach Federation) and a member of ACEC (Association of Corporate Executive Coaches) where she has obtained her MCEC certification.
