Sherry Bisaillon brings over 30 years of business management experience to AIIR Consulting. As an executive coach, dynamic facilitator, and creative instructional designer, Sherry is recognized for her global perspective and results-oriented approach. As a former business leader, Sherry brings a strong passion for aligning business and people strategies for success. She knows how to enable leaders and their teams, in transition, and at the intersection of digital.
Sherry recently transitioned from an 11-year career at Microsoft where she and her global team led worldwide leader, manager and high-potential development for the Sales, Marketing and Services Group – a group comprised of over 50,000 employees, in over 190 countries, and delivering over $90 billion in revenue annually.
Prior to joining Microsoft, Sherry worked at Dell Computer where she was responsible for designing and executing the people capability strategy for 2,500 employees across the US, Canada and Latin America. Prior to her career in Human Resources, Sherry held progressively increasing leadership roles in Business Development, Sales, and Marketing at GlaxoSmithKline and Baxter Healthcare.
Sherry holds a Bachelor of Science and is certified in Adult Education from St. Francis Xavier University. She received her executive coaching training from the Hudson Institute of Santa Barbara. Sherry is also a graduate of Leadership Tomorrow and is certified in the Hogan Assessments, MBTI, TiLT, and Firo-B. Originally from Montreal, Sherry now resides with her husband in Kirkland, Washington.
