Stephanie Greer is a Client Success Manager and the Project Manager of the Elevate Project at AIIR Consulting. Stephanie aids in client and coach success through the management of the internal office and coordinating the CEO’s schedule. She strongly believes that by focusing on the internal team’s needs and success, the AIIR team will be able to in turn provide their best work for our coaches and clients. Stephanie earned her master’s degree in ministry with a focus on organizational culture, team-based leadership and change, conflict, and peacemaking. In her free time, you can find Stephanie exploring a new museum, trying a new recipe, or reading with a good cup of coffee.
