Steve Hevesi MBA
Steve Hevesi is a passionate leader, advisor and executive coach, dedicated to developing business executives’ leadership skills, work performance, and self-conﬁdence. He thrives by working alongside leaders to help them understand their strengths and limitations, in order to ﬁnd creative ways of achieving sustainable change to achieve their life and business goals.
Born in Peru, Steve was exposed to a diverse and international cultural background from an early age. He has lived in Peru, Brazil, France and the United States. He spent 25+ years in the corporate world, many of which in C-Suite positions in companies like Nabisco, Nike, and Novartis. In 2008, he left the corporate world and joined AnimusO2 (a start-up focused in strategic design) as a partner. There he was exposed to Design Thinking and provided organizational design consultation services with a focus on innovation and shopper marketing.
In 2012, he opened his own business consultation and coaching business with a focus in Business Advisory, helping middle market companies, start-ups and their executives achieve and exceed their business goals. His motivation to become a coach came in order to help executives and business owners overcome hurdles that were preventing them from achieving outstanding results. Steve is a certiﬁed ICF coach and a member of both the Global and the North Texas chapter of the International Coaching Federation. He has coached executives from large organizations such as Accenture, Choice Hotels, and JPMorgan Chase as well as several individual business owners and executives from non-profit organizations.
His experience as a business executive, consultant, and entrepreneur leading teams of up to 500 people, has given him the knowledge and necessary tools to work with different cultures, mindsets and backgrounds, understanding the daily struggles and challenges faced by executives in a VUCA environment.
Steve earned his MBA in International Business from INSEAD in Fontainebleau, France and his BA in Communications and BS in Marketing management from Syracuse University. He received his coaching certiﬁcation (ECPC) from Erickson International. Steve is ﬂuent in English, Spanish, and Portuguese.
