Sue Negrey MBA
Sue is a seasoned executive, consultant and coach. With a sense of humor and the right mix of candor and support, Sue partners with executives and emerging leaders to accelerate critical changes and sustain results in themselves and in their organizations. Bringing more than 25 years of experience, Sue enables organizations and individuals to achieve strategic goals through increased focus, accountability and measurement disciplines. Taking a systemic view, Sue collaborates with her clients to learn and develop in relation to their organizations, their connections with others and those they serve, creating positive benefits.
Sue’s leadership roles at Arthur Andersen, DigitalThink and as an entrepreneur managing a specialty medical practice has afforded her opportunities to work across a variety of industries and cultures. A former certified public accountant, Sue became a managing director in business consulting at Arthur Andersen. In 2001, Sue took a position as a key sales leader at DigitalThink (now part of Concentrix), a custom web-based learning solutions firm serving Fortune 500 companies. She was responsible for the sales and implementation of global online training solutions, including onboard, product, sales and technology training. Sue also brings extensive experience working in various leadership roles in the not-for profit sector. Currently she serves as head of membership, US Eastern Region, for the Association of Coaching and is a volunteer coach for Save the Children.
Client engagements include executive coaching, team facilitation and coaching, and leadership development. Clients have extended from entrepreneurial start-ups to Fortune 500 companies. Team coaching experience includes long-term engagements in support of achieving key strategic initiatives. Sue has worked in a variety of industries including healthcare, financial services, retail, technology, real estate, pharma, and professional services.
Sue earned her Bachelor of Science degree from the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania, with a dual major in accounting and finance. She holds a Master’s in Business Administration from Villanova University. Sue is also a graduate of Columbia University’s Advanced Executive Coaching Certification Program. She completed coach supervision training at Oxford Brooks University and is a Professional Certified Coach of the International Coach Federation. Sue is a certified Hogan Leadership Series assessor.
