Supriti is an experienced Executive Coach and Talent Advisor with over 20 years’ experience in global human resource management. She has served as an independent director on the boards of Automotive Axles Ltd and Meritor HVS (India) Ltd.

Her corporate and board exposure have helped her develop a deep understanding of organizational context, personality and motivation, enhancing her ability to coach senior leaders and shape talent strategy in an effective way.

Supriti has coached leaders at the executive (CXO/CXO minus 1) and senior middle management level, across a wide range of industries, including Retail, Healthcare, Technology, Media, Manufacturing and Financial Services. She specializes in coaching goals related to Executive Presence, Leadership & Interpersonal effectiveness and Managing Role Transitions. Her coaching model is eclectic, integrating cognitive and somatic approaches, so as to enable lasting changes in mindset and behavior for clients. She leverages a coachee centric, energetic and positive coaching style to support her clients as they explore the changes they wish to make.

She also provides HR advisory for clients with a focus on leader development. She has advised Private equity and start-ups, helping them build the right team, scale up, identify the culture code, talent philosophy and practices.

Prior to becoming an Executive Coach, Supriti held several leadership roles in her career in Human Resources. She has worked and led teams in USA, South America, Europe and Asia. She served as Vice President- HR at Wipro Limited (NYSE: WIT, $8.4B revenue), where she worked for over 18 years, as the company scaled from 1,500 to 150,000 employees. As VP- HR, she had responsibility for overall talent management, assessment, organization effectiveness, performance management and M&A/ People transitions. Before this, she headed HR for Wipro’s Asia –Pacific region. Previously, as GM- HR for Americas, she led HR (hire to retire) for a diverse workforce of 10,000+ employees in North and South America.

Supriti earned a Master’s degree in Personnel Management & Industrial relations from Tata Institute of Social Sciences in Mumbai, India. She has also completed a post graduate training in Executive Coaching and is certified is various psychometrics assessment tools like Hogan and MBTI.  As a student of human behavior, she is interested in new research and thinking in areas like positive psychology and cognitive behavioral models.
