Allie is passionate about creating culture transformation by connecting the leadership, team and organizational needs throughout her work. Across her corporate career in management consulting and healthcare, Allie led major enterprise initiatives; She has redesigned divisions, evaluated mergers and acquisitions, launched innovative business models, and turned around failing market segments. From her prior leadership roles in strategy, organizational development and program management, she brings her deep experience in the interior world of complex organizations to her coaching and consulting practice. Allie understands the challenges leaders face and knows what it takes to create sustainable change.
Allie is certified in the Predictive Index and The Leadership Circle and serves on the faculty for Linkage’s Women In Leadership Institute. Allie is also a certified team coach with Corentus and has completed training in adult development and applying neuroscience to coaching with Coaches Rising.
