Beth Gordon has over 20 years of corporate experience, learning from the ground up what makes teams succeed. Beth has been part of a sales team, led and trained diverse teams, and then forged a path into change management, leadership, and organization development. These experiences allow the teams that Beth works with to have a very holistic view of team and personal development. She has collaborated with global leaders and teams at all levels of a Fortune 100 company to customize programs that will help them succeed in their industry. Beth’s focus is on empowering leaders and teams to maximize their diverse strengths and exceed their goals.
Beth’s 20+ year career at a large pharmaceutical company is highlighted by work in sales, clinical training, field management, leadership development, and global organizational development. In her role as Global Head of Organizational Development for a top-performing business unit, Beth led a global initiative implementation based on engagement survey results to communicate the results and create solutions to elevate the culture and resonance of the Global Leadership team.
As Director of Leadership Development and Strategic Operations, she led a core team and created a foundational curriculum for North American second-line leaders, which was globalized shortly after launch. She also diagnosed, created, and facilitated leadership impact and team acceleration courses across multiple global sites and functions. As a Change Agent on a Business Excellence Team earlier in her career, Beth created a culture of engagement through change management, team performance, and continuous improvement. She accelerated regional collaboration through the creation of reward and recognition programs and listening sessions, enabling an environment of two-way dialogue. She managed mentoring teams and was herself a highly successful sales leader.
