Biography
Gudrun Lind is a senior executive and team coach with over 15 years of direct corporate experience in the global pharmaceutical industry, where she held senior leadership roles in talent acquisition, talent management and organisational development across 50+ countries. She has coached and led through mergers, acquisitions, and restructurings, bringing 25 years of combined experience in leadership development.
She helps leaders shift from reactive to intentional leadership by strengthening their psychological flexibility and expanding their capacity to hold complexity. This enables leaders to make better decisions, align on the bigger picture, and thrive in their leadership while staying grounded in who they are.
Clients value Gudrun's integrative approach—she draws on diverse coaching models and tailors her style to each client's unique context and needs. She builds trust quickly, helps leaders gain clarity on what matters most, and supports them in turning insights into sustainable change.
Gudrun holds a Master's in Applied Positive Psychology and Coaching Psychology from the University of East London, an Executive MBA, and a BA in Psychology and Diploma in Human Resource Management. She holds various certifications in coaching, leadership, and team diagnostics, and is EMCC-certified as a Senior Professional Coach and Team Coach. She has guided leaders at INSEAD through transformative journeys and trained over 500 professionals on self-leadership and positioning skills during career transitions.
Originally from Iceland and now based in Switzerland, Gudrun understands the challenges of navigating radical uncertainty. She coaches from her own lived experience as well as that of her clients, building psychological flexibility as the foundation for intentional leadership and well-being. As founder of Thrive REimagined, she helps leaders and teams take a deliberate approach to their development and direction, catalysing change across their systems.
