With a robust background in leadership development, strategic talent management, and positive psychology, Gudrun Lind’s coaching methodology is grounded in evidence-based practices. Guiding leaders to optimise their strengths and explore new dimensions of their capabilities to enable them to lead themselves - and their teams more effectively. She integrates systemic thinking in her approach, acknowledging that teams operate within intricate networks of stakeholders and broader organisational ecosystems.
In her earlier corporate career, Gudrun held senior roles such as HRBP, Director of Talent Acquisition, Director of Global Talent Management, and Director Integration & Change Management in multinationals within the Pharmaceutical and Healthcare industries. In these roles, she worked closely with senior management to align business strategy and people capabilities. She designed and led leadership development, performance, engagement, and culture initiatives - and played a pivotal role in several mergers and acquisitions, including some of the largest takeovers in Pharma. She has vast experience coaching leaders and teams during uncertainty, change, and reorganisation. Gudrun led teams directly and indirectly and provided thought leadership to leaders and groups across the EU, US, EMEA, and APAC.
Gudrun is passionate about adult development and holistic well-being. Her Master's research in Positive & Coaching Psychology, which focused on mindfulness, had a profound impact on both her life and her work.
