She held senior roles in the pharmaceutical and healthcare industries, guiding leaders worldwide through mergers, acquisitions, and organisational transformations across multinationals. She brings extensive experience coaching leaders and teams through change, uncertainty, and reorganisation.
Gudrun helps leaders shift from reactivity to intentional leadership, enabling them to navigate complexity with clarity and confidence. Drawing on her background as a Positive and Coaching Psychologist, she believes transformation begins with honest self-inquiry and curiosity. Her practical approach blends coaching and mentoring, ensuring each conversation is personalised and delivers immediate value.
Gudrun’s clients often focus on executive presence, impactful communication, developing others, fostering team ownership, discerning when to step in or step back, broadening perspective, and building the psychological flexibility needed to thrive in their leadership.
Gudrun holds a Master's in Applied Positive Psychology and Coaching Psychology from the University of East London, and an Executive MBA. She is EMCC-certified as a Senior Professional Coach and Team Coach, and holds additional certifications in coaching, leadership, and team diagnostics. She has guided leaders at INSEAD through transformative journeys and trained hundreds of professionals in self-leadership and positioning skills during career transitions.
Originally from Iceland and now based in Switzerland, Gudrun has lived and worked internationally, giving her a direct experience of navigating different cultures in daily life.
