As a leadership consultant, executive coach, and trusted advisor to senior executives, Dr. Nataliya Adelson brings to AIIR 20 years of internal Fortune 100 and external management consulting experience.

Grounded in her corporate experience in financial services, technology, healthcare, and life-sciences fields, her ability to achieve successful and enriching coaching results is based on a rich combination of applied leadership development systems, along with deep expertise in human development and knowledge of the business.

She believes that a leader’s ability to understand critical success factors and decision quality are essential for delivering superior performance in today’s environment of constant change and disruption. Central to that effort, she also provides powerful learning experiences, which help leaders to challenge their assumptions, build new adaptive skill sets, take on more responsibility, and advance their careers.

In her most recent roles with Depository Trust and Clearing Corporation (DTCC) and Verizon’s Corporate Center of Excellence, Dr. Adelson coached both executives and high potential leaders. She was also responsible for internal coaching and assessment centers, an award-winning career development program for women in technology, global executive onboarding and mentoring programs, and executive education forums. In each of these positions, Dr. Adelson maintained a clear focus on developing a leader’s self-awareness, as well as a commercial and global mindset grounded in driving business results.

Dr. Adelson uses her knowledge and experience to devise customized approaches to develop leaders and their organizations, taking into account organizational, cultural, and marketplace nuances, in addition to commonly used methodologies. Her in-depth, focused approach results in deep, sustainable improvements in executive and team performance, as well as new capacities to tackle complex business challenges and a readiness to assume higher-level roles.

She holds a Doctoral and Master’s degrees in Organizational and Clinical Psychology from Walden and Columbia Universities, respectively. She has also completed postgraduate training at the College of Executive Coaching and is certified in a number of multi-rater, team, and organizational assessment tools.

As a member of the Greater Philadelphia Senior Executive Group, the Society for Consulting Psychology, the New Jersey Organizational Development Network, and the Financial Women’s Association, Dr. Adelson is an active speaker and presenter in academic and practitioners’ forums.
