Richard's coaching approach combines goal-driven, holistic, and behavior-based perspectives. He offers a wide range of leadership interventions, including live and web-based development programs. With his background in organizational behavior, psychology, and performing arts, Richard employs creative and engaging methods, including business theater, in his workshops and seminars to drive behavior change.
