Thor has worked with numerous firms ranging from C-suite executives of global 500 companies to innovative start-ups at early stages of development and across multiple sectors, including finance, tech, energy, retail, logistics, healthcare, entertainment, manufacturing, education, and a range of government agencies.
Legvold employs evidence-based, scientifically validated tools and methods to design and deliver tailored programs that lead to real and lasting improvements in behaviors and performance with measurable ROI. He works collaboratively with his clients to establish ownership, relevance, and knowledge to keep the focus on the issues at hand while maintaining objectivity. This allows difficult and uncomfortable questions to be raised, ensures issues stay solved, and ensures responsibility remains where it belongs. He helps create clarity from complexity, direction and purpose from ambiguity, and encourages clients to bring out the best in themselves, their team, and colleagues, while offering support and relevant examples when necessary.
Previous roles Thor has held include Senior Consultant for Bjørnson Organizational Psychologists, where he assessed and coached senior executives of multinationals across several sectors, as well as developed executive teams, worked with conflict management, and more, and Senior Consultant with Assessit. He originally moved to Stavanger to work as a Senior Consultant for the Norwegian Royal Mail, facilitating privatization and the concurrent downsizing of 10,000 of the 30,000 employees at the time.
