Stephanie Thomas is a Senior Leadership Solutions Consultant, partnering with clients to transform their leaders through tailored training programs. She leverages behavioral science and principles of human-centered design to understand the challenges leaders face and to equip them with the skills and mindsets critical for their success. Her areas of expertise include first-time leaders, inclusive leadership practices, leading through change, and values driven cultures.
Stephanie holds a Bachelor’s degree in Pre-Medical Sciences from Alfred University and a Master’s degree in Social-Organizational Psychology from Columbia University. She has also conducted research on behavioral disorders at NYU Steinhardt.
Based in New York City, Stephanie spends her free time as a volunteer Chef and Kitchen Operations Manager for the grassroots non-profit, EV Loves NYC. She loves to play soccer, travel, and explore the world of design through art, video games, and nature.
