Brontë Serensits

Brontë Serensits is the Vice President of Client Growth at AIIR Consulting. Her passion lies in developing and sustaining client relationships and ensuring that both small and large-scale projects run successfully. Brontë values being able to work directly with talent leaders to achieve key leadership development goals within their organizations. Brontë holds a B.S. in Psychology and her secondary area of study was in in Leadership, Ethics, & Organizational Sustainability at Saint Joseph’s University in Philadelphia. In her free time, Brontë loves to support and engage with her local community with her husband and their dogs.
