Dr. Jonathan Kirschner, Psy.D. is the Founder and CEO of AIIR Consulting and the host of A Podcast About Leadership. An executive coach and clinical psychologist, Jonathan founded AIIR with a clear mission: to help leaders and organizations navigate change and shape a better future.

Jonathan holds a doctorate in Clinical Psychology from Widener University and is a graduate of New York University, where he studied Psychology and Religion. Outside of work, he recharges by reading, refining his BBQ skills and playing late-night ice hockey with his charity team, the Philly Jawn.
