Biography

With over 20 years of coaching and facilitating individual and team development, Danela supports clients in being true to their identity while remaining relevant to changing expectations and competing for business imperatives. Danela has a direct, authentic, and natural style that is both supportive and challenging. She is a global coach with experience in Africa, Europe, the UK, and the USA and is adept at adapting to different cultures.

Danela’s coaching approach is focused on improving her clients’ communication and helping them remain focused and strategic in times of uncertainty and volatility. She assists leaders in influencing across organizational boundaries, developing their presence and impact. She focuses on coaching, which helps the individual explore their reactions, behaviors, feelings, and beliefs underpinning their leadership skills. In addition, Danela is an effective team coach.

Danela started her corporate career as a learning and development designer and facilitator in pharmaceuticals, retail, and FMCG. She was the Director of a niche leadership and coaching organization for eight years called Yudelowitz Shannon & Associates and a BathConsultancy Group consultant. While at Bath, she represented the company in South Africa and co-facilitated workshops with Professor Peter Hawkins. Her consulting years have provided her with the opportunity to build experience and expertise in designing and facilitating workshops.
