Biography

Dave Gloss brings 20 years of international business experience, including six years as a CEO where he learned first-hand what it takes to succeed, and fail, in rapidly evolving industries and markets. With specific experience working across the Americas, EMEA, India and APAC, Dave leverages his experience navigating difficult acquisitions, big personalities, frozen teams and stagnant growth to empower senior executives with the insights needed to succeed in an era of perennial uncertainty.

During his time helping take two private equity backed technology companies to acquisition, Dave developed a keen understanding of what leadership teams must focus on to build high-performing cultures that drive results while championing balance, inclusion, grit, and candor. Dave is most sought after for his work with Leadership Teams at critical stages of formation and transformation, where he serves as a Trusted Advisor and Coach helping senior leaders effectively lead through moments of great change.

Dave builds trusting relationships with clients that ground to a clear vision for the future and radical ownership over the strengths and derailers that will influence their chance of success. A trained Mindfulness teacher, Dave empowers clients with simple practices that support healthy self management that enhance their decision making, wellbeing, executive presence, communication, approach to conflict and personal/professional relationships. Outside of work, Dave spends most his time with his wife and daughter in their Philadelphia home and finds balance through playing music, exercise, hiking, travel, cooking and amateur filmmaking.
