David’s career spans over 24 years in executive coaching/leadership development, management consulting & satellite telecommunications.

As a management consultant, he advised leaders across various industries on strategy, corporate finance, change management, and performance optimization. Additionally, his background as an electrical engineer in the satellite telecommunications sector reflects his diverse skill set and problem-solving ability.

For the last 10 years, David draws on his expertise in executive coaching, transformational leadership, NLP, psychology, and neuroscience, where he develops leaders into N.I.C.H.E. professionals—Natural, Inspirational, Confident, Harmonious, and Effective. His approach is designed to cultivate authentic leadership that inspires and drives results.

David guides executives at multiple levels, both individually and in teams, through deep transformational journeys rooted in science and wisdom. His work empowers leaders to overcome challenges, unlock their full potential, and achieve exceptional leadership capabilities.

Born and raised in Canada to Egyptian/Lebanese and Greek parents, David has lived a life defined by adaptability and courage. His journey includes multiple career shifts and relocations across continents. At a pivotal moment, he left the corporate world, sold all his belongings, and moved to Rio de Janeiro to rediscover his purpose. There, he found his passion for empowering leaders to thrive and transform.
