Biography
Jesus Maximoff is a global executive coach and leadership advisor with over 30 years of experience as a senior leader and coach. He works with C-level executives, senior leadership teams, and high-potential individuals to enhance performance, drive transformation, and foster organizational success. As a former Fortune 100 executive, Jesus has built vibrant, high-performing teams, managed complex P&Ls, and turned around underperforming organizations. His extensive coaching practice spans 37 countries, focusing on developing enterprise-level leadership, navigating matrixed organizations, and building trust and collaboration across cultures.
His coaching approach integrates structured discovery, feedback, and co-created strategies tailored to each client’s unique challenges. His clients appreciate his use of no-nonsense, direct yet compassionate and evidence-based approach, to help leaders and teams be more effective and human at work. He’s an advocate for improving your thinking, refining the effectiveness of your daily conversations and getting results that matter. Jesus brings a global perspective shaped by living in eight countries and working across diverse industries. His background includes leadership roles at Intel, coaching positions at Northwestern University and the Center for Creative Leadership, and advanced certifications in leadership and team coaching. In his most recent position, before becoming an Executive Coach, Jesus worked as President and General Manager for Intel Corporation in Latin America where he oversaw the chipmaker’s most significant growth expansion years. Prior to that, he served as Chief of Staff to Intel’s COO and as Intel’s Managing Director for the south of Europe.
