In his most recent position, before becoming an Executive Coach, Jesus worked as President and General Manager for Intel Corporation in Latin America where he oversaw the chipmaker’s most significant growth expansion years. Prior to that, he served as Chief of Staff to Intel’s Executive Vice President for Sales & Marketing, as the organization navigated one of its largest global restructurings and as Intel’s Managing Director for the south of Europe. Jesus developed a track-record of building vibrant high impact teams across cultures, leading successful high stakes negotiations, successfully turning around businesses that were experiencing operations or performance challenges and managing P&L that exceeded revenues and profit targets.
