Kelly Bowling is a talent development leader, consultant, and executive coach with over 22 years of experience across multiple industries. She has significant experience in coaching, training, facilitation, leadership development, team effectiveness, and change management for large organizations. As a coaching and consulting practitioner with deep experience as an operational leader, Kelly is quick to understand client problems and develop collaborative solutions.
Kelly held roles as a talent development and organizational effectiveness leader in human resource functions for several large organizations, including Lockheed Martin. She was responsible for leadership development, succession planning, training, organizational design, employee engagement, coaching, and assessments. She is experienced working with leaders ranging from Vice Presidents to mid-level leaders and has also coached aspiring individual contributors.
At Kaiser Permanente, Kelly led an internal consulting team responsible for a portfolio of process improvement initiatives and consulting services. As an external management consultant with several large consulting firms to include Booz Allen Hamilton, Kelly worked for clients across both commercial and public sectors, leading change management and employee engagement initiatives.
Kelly is an ICF Associate Certified Coach (ACC) and delivers various 360 assessments to include CCL Benchmarks, LPI, Hogan, and Korn Ferry Leadership Styles & Climate. She is also a Six Sigma Black Belt and Prosci Change Management certified. She holds an MBA from the University of Maryland Robert H. Smith School of Business and a BS in Economics & Business Administration from the University of Mary Washington.
