Paul is an experienced coach, team coach, leadership facilitator, and OD consultant with over 30 years of corporate experience and more than 15 years in coaching across the Asia-Pacific.
Paul brings a wide range of experiences in both the private and public sectors to his clients. His previous experience heading up leadership development in the Singapore public service and his extensive consulting and OD background with the HayGroup, Aon Consulting, and Buck Consultants, as well as his line management experience with PepsiCo, Amex, ExxonMobil, Singapore Airlines, and the National Computer Board, enable him to appreciate the diverse range of contexts that organizations operate within.
Paul has delivered multiple projects and assignments across the Asia-Pacific. His clients value his depth and breadth of corporate experience, executive maturity, multi-cultural experiences, and adept flexibility in matching his services to his clients’ often unique needs.
He is a keen learner and often works with well-known consulting firms and thought leaders to continuously grow his capacity. He is also passionate about expanding the development of coaching, team coaching, and leadership development capacities in his part of the world through mentoring others and partnering with organizations for the design and delivery of coaching and leadership programs.
Outside of work, he enjoys spending time with family and learning more about mindfulness and spirituality, especially where they intersect with leadership development.
