Rosa is a multilingual and multicultural Executive Coach who brings more than 35 years of expertise in human behavior. Her coaching approach is grounded in adult development, neuropsychological research and expertise in behavioral change. She is described as having a direct and kind style, which she tailors to her clients uniqueness and aspirations. Rosa balances a genuine curiosity with thought-provoking questions that challenge her clients to step outside their comfort zone, try new behaviors accelerating mindset shifts and sustainable results. Rosa began her professional career as a Clinical Psychologist, combining clinical practice with supervision of psychologists in training. In 1999, Rosa transitioned into an Executive Coach and has coached at all organizational levels for more than 4000 hours. In 2012, Rosa's professional career took a third turn when she was invited to join the staff of the Center for Creative Leadership as the Coaching Talent Leader at CCL®. In this role, she led a team of over 130 adjunct coaches in Western North America and Latin America who support CCL's Leadership Solutions and Executive Coaching. She has recruited and trained coaches globally, including in India, Singapore, Canada, and Latin America. In 2020, Rosa's career transitioned again and she now dedicates her time and energy to Executive Coaching. Being fluent in English, Spanish and Hebrew, allows her to coach leaders all over the globe. Rosa is also passionate about sharing her gifts with the community and is an integral member of MANA de San Diego, a non-profit organization whose mission is to empower Latinas. On her free time she likes to travel with her husband, cook, dance, play pickleball and babysit her 2 year grandson.
