Tamar Balkin brings over 30 years of experience as an Organizational Psychologist, with more than two decades dedicated to executive coaching. Driven by the belief that work should be both energizing and fulfilling, Tamar has spent her career partnering with CEOs and senior leadership teams to elevate performance and foster inspiring workplace cultures. Her coaching is rooted in the science of behavior change and informed by the latest research in organizational psychology and executive development.

Known for her deep commitment to ethical practice and evidence-based methods, Tamar is an Australian-endorsed Organizational Psychologist and adheres to the country’s government-regulated Code of Ethics. Her coaching focuses on helping already high-performing leaders make the leap “from good to great.” She specializes in enhancing leadership capability, self-awareness, well-being, and emotional intelligence—especially during periods of significant organizational change.

Tamar’s clients are typically senior executives navigating complex, high-stakes environments. She helps them expand their strategic decision-making abilities, increase their influence, and maintain motivation under pressure.
