Yapincak is an accredited executive coach, team coach, and facilitator who partners with leaders and teams during their transformation journeys. She enjoys working in multicultural environments and has conducted projects across EMEA, the USA, and China. She combines strong business acumen with a sense of lightness and holds the client accountable for owning their coaching process. Her diverse background enables her to build a strong understanding of a wide range of client cases. Courage, passion, energy, and curiosity are the cornerstones of her engagements. She is a mother of two girls, an avid traveler, and loves to hike and sail.
Yapincak’s coaching experience spans multinationals, family businesses, and technology scale-ups in a multitude of sectors, working with board-level directors to commercial leaders. She understands the importance of strong stakeholder management skills for leaders, linking customer centricity with employee engagement. Yapincak is passionate about helping leaders grow their self-awareness to make more conscious and intentional choices for themselves and as teams, within their systems, and with long term impact.
In her early career in Turkey, Yapincak worked at Unilever, Nestle, and Colgate Palmolive. She was part of the turnaround of a $1 billion USD business, Mey (now Diageo), which was acquired by TPG Capital. She moved to BP and then HSBC as the Head of Marketing on the country's ExCo and European Marketing Leadership Teams. Since moving to London at the end of 2016, Yapincak has also served as a School Governor, as a Trustee of a healthcare charity with international operations, and as a Board Observer for a year in a FTSE 250 financial services business, Fidelity European Trust Plc.
