Philadelphia Leadership Community

The Philadelphia Leadership Community is a private event convening senior HR, Talent, and Learning executives for an exclusive gathering Tuesday, November 10th from 2-5 PM at the historic Ritz-Carlton Philadelphia in Center City. Designed as an afternoon of partnership within our executive community, the event will focus on fostering meaningful connection and shared insight in a thoughtfully curated setting.

Dr. Peter Cappelli is the George W. Taylor Professor of Management at the Wharton School and one of the world’s most influential voices on work and talent.

He will join Dr. Jonathan Kirschner, CEO of AIIR Consulting, to explore what the research actually tells us about how organizations manage people today, where conventional wisdom gets it wrong, and what it takes for leaders to perform when the rules keep changing.

Expect a candid, wide-ranging exchange that bridges rigorous evidence and real-world practice, covering the evolving relationship between companies and their people, the leadership capabilities that separate organizations that adapt from those that stall, and the practical choices executives face right now.

Whether you lead a team, a function, or an enterprise, you’ll leave with sharper questions, fresh perspective, and ideas you can put to work immediately.

Seating is limited. Please complete the form and a member of our team will follow up to confirm your place and share additional details.
