As a Senior Leadership Solutions Designer, Christopher builds standard and custom leadership development solutions for virtual, face-to-face, and blended learning experiences. Prior to this role, Christopher was instrumental in building legacy AIIR products and services including the Coaching Mindset Index, Team Effectiveness Survey, AIIR Dynamics 360, AIIR Team Effectiveness, and Enterprise Team Effectiveness. He graduated with honors from Temple University with a BBA in Marketing. In his spare time, Chris enjoys playing jazz guitar and spending time outdoors in Western North Carolina with his partner and their dogs.
