Davida Vogel

Davida Vogel is a Senior Leadership Consultant at AIIR Consulting, where she leads the strategy and coordination of AIIR’s network of 250+ global leadership consultants. She also delivers and supports executive coaching and assessment services. Davida is passionate about supporting individuals, teams, and organizations through key transitions while driving growth and positive transformation.

Davida holds a Doctorate in Clinical Psychology, as well as an MBA, from Widener University, where she teaches leadership development as an adjunct faculty member. Outside of work, Davida finds joy in exploring new restaurants, watching competition baking shows, and spending time outside with her husband, daughter, and very high-energy rescue shepherd.
