Prior to AIIR, Greg held roles at Lee Hecht Harrison and DDI, where he deepened his expertise across industries including Financial Services, Energy, Pharmaceuticals, and Telecommunications.

Greg holds a Bachelor of Arts from Ottawa University, a Certified Human Resources Manager designation from Metropolitan University, and a Certified Executive Coach credential from Royal Roads University.
