Itamar Katsch is a Managing Partner at AIIR Consulting, partnering with HR and business leaders to make AI transformation work. A business psychologist by training and a sought-after voice on AI adoption, he speaks regularly at industry events and trains HR teams to lead AI change in their own organizations.

Prior to AIIR, Itamar was Global Head of Learning & Organizational Development at Similarweb (NYSE: SMWB), where he led a company-wide AI upskilling effort that increased AI adoption by 47% and resolved 157 business pain points. He builds AI solutions that help HR drive real transformation, including an AI-powered method for assessing talent and predicting employee flight risk, and a proprietary coaching chatbot, trained on a decade of leadership content, that gives managers expert guidance 24/7.

Over nearly five years at Similarweb, he designed C-suite offsites and 360 programs, launched a manager onboarding program that raised managerial effectiveness by 16 points, and built a six-month curriculum for more than 100 directors — developing roughly 250 leaders worldwide. He began his consulting career in Deloitte’s Human Capital practice in London, where he assessed senior leaders, designed high-potential and succession frameworks, led change management initiatives, and delivered learning programs for public and private sector clients.
