Marlene brings over a decade of experience in Operations and Project Management from other high-growth, scale-up businesses in the human capital sector. She has led global teams to develop and deploy solutions to solve pressing DEI and performance management needs for various Fortune 500 clients. She holds a BA in Government from Wesleyan University.
