Martha Soehren

Martha Soehren is the former Chief Talent Development Officer for Comcast Cable, where she concluded a 20-year career in 2020. Prior to joining Comcast, she spent 25 years as a Department of the Army civilian, building expertise in organizational effectiveness, workforce strategy, and talent development. She also served for 13 years as an adjunct professor and academic advisor in business and research.

Martha holds undergraduate and graduate degrees in business and a PhD in Educational Leadership and Policy Studies. She is also an honor graduate of the U.S. Army Management Engineering College, where she specialized in manpower staffing standards and workplace efficiency.
