Robin Renschen

Robin Renschen is Director of Leadership Development for McCarthy Holdings, Inc., one of America’s oldest and largest privately-held construction companies. An industry-recognized learning and leadership development leader, Renschen has more than 30 years of experience aligning learning and performance objectives to business strategy and delivering measurable results. He was central to building the firm’s learning and leadership development function, including the award-winning McCarthy Build U® program, which earned the company a place in Training Magazine’s Top 10 Hall of Fame in 2016.

In addition to his responsibilities at McCarthy, Renschen is active in training and workforce development for the broader construction industry. He has served as chairman of the Associated General Contractors of America’s national Training, Education & Development (TED) Forum Steering Committee and on the Board of Trustees for NCCER (National Center for Construction Education & Research).
