AIIR Appears on Inc. Magazine’s Annual List of America’s Fastest-Growing Private Companies for the Second Year in a Row, Ranking No. 1902

PHILADELPHIA, August 12, 2020 — Inc. Magazine today revealed that for the second year in a row, AIIR Consulting earned a spot on its annual Inc. 5000 list — the most prestigious ranking of America’s fastest-growing private companies. AIIR ranked no. 1902.

The Inc. 5000 list represents the most successful independent small businesses in the US. Intuit, Zappos, Under Armour, Microsoft, Patagonia, and many other well-known names gained their first national exposure as honorees.

The 2020 Inc. 5000 achieved an incredible three-year average growth of over 500% — an incredible feat during a stretch when the economy grew just 15%.

And although the beginning of 2020 has been particularly challenging for small businesses, the most innovative among them have seized the moment to push the boundaries of their industries and provide value for their customers.

To wit, even as legacy coaching firms announced cutbacks in May, AIIR announced the official launch of the AIIR Coaching Experience™ — the culmination of more than a decade of pioneering work in the coaching and leadership development space. AIIR CX™ is an innovative ecosystem that combines data science, technology, business psychology, and coaching expertise to deliver incredible value for AIIR’s clients.

Faced with chaos and unprecedented challenges, an increasing number of companies have turned to AIIR and the AIIR Coaching Experience to support their leaders through the current crisis and beyond.

“For two years, our place on the prestigious Inc. 5000 list of fastest-growing US companies has been a testament to the AIIR Coaching Experience and its ability to create an outsized impact,” said AIIR CEO and Founder Dr. Jonathan Kirschner. “As we face a future that is ever-more uncertain and complex, we are confident that AIIR CX will continue to provide leaders around the world a stable platform to navigate change and shape a better future.”
