Between a full-day pre-conference team effectiveness workshop, a panel discussion on enterprise coaching, and unveiling the AIIR Team Effectiveness Survey™, an answer to the growing demand for scalable team coaching solutions, excitement was in the AIIR at The Conference Board 16th Annual Executive Coaching Conference.
The conference, a must-attend for coaches and talent leaders, was held March 25-27 at the Westin New York at Times Square.
Speaking to a packed room of Fortune 500 talent management leaders, AIIR Consulting CEO Dr. Jonathan Kirschner announced certification sessions for the AIIR Team Effectiveness Survey™, now available as a standalone team coaching solution, will begin on April 25th.
The announcement capped an incredible pre-conference workshop centered around team effectiveness. The event drew nearly double the number of attendees seen in previous years and included global talent professionals from both the public and private sectors.
The workshop featured keynote presentations from the author, entrepreneur and psychologist Dr. Tomas Chamorro-Premuzic and Dr. Michael Platt, founder of the Wharton Neuroscience Initiative. Additional presenters included Dr. Terrence Maltbia, Faculty Director, Columbia University Coaching Certification Program; Marina Cvetkovic, Vice President, Strategy and Chief of Staff to the CEO at Swiss RE; Jane Sadowsky, Senior Advisory, Head of Diversity & Inclusion at Moelis & Company; and AIIR Senior-Level Coaches Bernadette Cabrera and Dr. David Yudis.
In addition to the pre-conference, Dr. Kirschner joined Ashley Wollam, Director of Learning & Leadership Strategy at Macy’s; Azuree Montoute-Lewis, Director of Global Talent Programs and Diversity & Inclusion at Fitch Ratings; and Dana M. Smith, CHRO at Hannon Armstrong for a main conference session on how to design a coaching strategy and philosophy that enables coaching to scale and permeate the organizational system from the top all the way to the bottom. Panelists discussed their own experiences implementing a portfolio of Executive Coaching, Team Coaching, Internal Coaching, and Leader-As-Coach behaviors at their organizations, and key tools for driving strategy and measuring results.
