Over the past decade, organizations and their leaders have faced unprecedented change and complexity. Now, it is clear that the next decade will be characterized by challenges unlike any leaders have faced before. What skills will leaders need to overcome these challenges and thrive in the next 10 years?
This will be the central question at the Philadelphia Society of People and Strategy’s 14th Annual Leadership Forum. The event, sponsored by AIIR Consulting, will be held virtually from 10:30 AM – 1:00 PM on October 15.
Tickets cost $95 per attendee.
The event will feature a keynote presentation from Jacob Morgan, a four-time bestselling author, TED and keynote speaker, professionally trained futurist, and the founder of The Future of Work University. In his presentation, Morgan will discuss lessons from his new book, The Future Leader: 9 Skills and Mindsets to Succeed in the New Decade.
Morgan’s guiding principle is that we all deserve to work for organizations that inspire us to actually want to show up each day. In The Future Leader, he shares insights gleaned from interviews with more than 140 CEOs from organizations like Unilever, Oracle, Best Buy, MasterCard, Kaiser, Domino’s Pizza, Verizon, Audio, and many others, and a survey conducted in partnership with LinkedIn of more than 14,000 people around the world. The resulting book is packed with profound insights about what it will take to be a successful leader in 2030 and beyond.
