Rob Gallina

Rob Gallina is an Account Manager at AIIR Consulting. He is passionate about building strategic relationships with large organizations that are looking to further increase the performance and effectiveness of their leaders and intact teams. Rob holds BA and MBA from Binghamton University. Prior to joining AIIR, Rob spent 10 years at BNY Mellon Asset Management, working in sales operations and strategic relationship management roles. Over the last six years, Rob has transitioned from finance into HR consulting, working for the Neuroleadership Institute (NLI), where he was responsible for working with large organizations on leadership development programs as well as their coaching programs. In his last role, he joined an NYC start-up, Talent Tech Labs, working directly with Talent Acquisition leaders on selecting the right technology to hire top talent. Rob lives in Brooklyn, New York (Fuhgeddaboudit) with his wife and son, JJ. They enjoy traveling, hiking, golfing, and spending time with their family in North Carolina/Syracuse (NY).
