Dustin Hunter

Dustin is an Account Manager at AIIR Consulting, where he leverages his expertise in driving business growth through cultivating and managing high-impact client relationships. Prior to joining AIIR, Dustin held senior sales roles at SHL and Hogan Assessment Systems, where he managed channel sales across a portfolio of strategic partnerships and international distributors. His deep industry experience positions Dustin as a trusted advisor to clients navigating organizational change in both talent acquisition and talent management initiatives.

Dustin holds an MBA and MS in Educational Psychology from Oklahoma State University. He is passionate about psychometric assessments, talent intelligence, and predictive analytics, all of which align to AIIR’s mission of helping leaders navigate change and shape a better future.

Outside of work, Dustin enjoys staying active through CrossFit, playing tennis, camping, and spending quality time with his wife, and two children in Tulsa, Oklahoma.
