Strategic Advisor and Global Executive Coach Joins AIIR to Support Middle Eastern Expansion

AIIR Consulting is pleased to announce the appointment of Robert J. Webb as Managing Partner, Middle East, to lead the company’s growth in the United Arab Emirates and Saudi Arabia.

A seasoned global executive and senior executive coach with a career spanning key international markets such as Riyadh, Abu Dhabi, Tokyo, London, and New York, Webb brings decades of experience in digital transformation and leadership consulting, and strategic growth advisory to his new role. Webb’s career includes transformational technology leadership roles at Etihad Aviation Group, Hilton Worldwide and General Electric, as well as advisory roles in consulting, venture capital and private equity. He holds masters degrees from INSEAD and ESCP and advanced coaching certification from Columbia Business School.
