A multinational, 100% employee-owned engineering firm needed to evolve its leadership development program for its Executive Leadership Team (VP level and above) after rapid growth and the disruption of the COVID-19 pandemic. The goal was to move beyond ad-hoc development and cultivate a more entrepreneurial, holistic mindset, inspire vision, and foster cross-functional collaboration.
AIIR designed a comprehensive leadership development program with four custom modules: Coaching Leader, Inclusive Leadership, Communicating for Influence, and Leading High-Performing Teams. The program included assessment, peer groups, 1:1 executive coaching, and executive presentations to deepen self-awareness, develop talent, and inspire followership.
The success of the 2021 pilot led to three consecutive cohorts and the development of additional cascaded leadership development programs geared toward next-level leaders (Principals).
