Bob Kinnison is a seasoned executive coach bringing 13 years coaching experience and 25 years of cross functional business performance to AIIR. Bob has provided executive coaching to leadership levels from senior managers; to the C-suite; to visionary entrepreneurs and founders, and has coached across borders, working with leaders on 6 continents. He’s coached in world-leading organizations in technology, professional services, health care, media and entertainment, retail, telecom, advertising, and financial services.
Bob has always excelled in performance-oriented cultures; on-stage, on-air, in sales organizations, and in results-based coaching environments. In addition to coaching, he’s contributed IT, design, sales, marketing, operations, HR, training, and production skills to some of the most recognizable brands in the world, namely NBC Television and iHeartMedia. He’s also started two profitable businesses himself.
Being coached by Bob, clients are truly seen for who they are, and deeply heard. He combines deep listening, intuition, and a sky-high vision of what’s possible for his clients, always challenging them to go bigger, and asking the right question. His coaching typically focuses on breaking out of limiting paradigms and negative behaviors, deepening self-awareness, re-framing, and maximizing executive presence and authenticity.
He has attained the Professional Certified Coach (PCC) certification from the International Coach Federation. Additional certifications include: The Coaching Mindset Index; AIIR Team Effectiveness model; the Hogan Assessment Suite; Executive Arts Transition Tools; the ExPI Executive Presence model; Myers-Briggs Type indicator; Situational Leadership II©; the full suite of Lominger For Your Improvement and Learning Agility products and Voices 360 assessment; The Energy Project; the ROI Coaching Model and the Co-Active Coaching Model.
Outside of coaching, Bob enjoys hockey, cycling (pretty much anything physical!), woodworking, design, nature, photography, and his own personal development. He’s committed to supporting Senior Military Leaders upon their transition to civilian life, and helping them shift into a new way of contributing.
