Our coaching work will tend to focus on breaking you out of limiting paradigms and negative behaviors; getting deep and actionable feedback; building on the things you’re great at (even if you don’t see them); deepening self-awareness; re-framing / seeing different perspectives; and maximizing leadership presence, authenticity, and business and personal capacity. That said, working with me is completely personalized to every client, challenge, and circumstance. We’ll co-create the best program for you.
I’ve been honored to do this work for 20 years, with over 500 Director, VP, C-level, Board and Founder level leaders at the most recognizable companies in the world. Before coaching, I’ve functioned as an individual contributor to senior executive roles in IT, HR, Sales, Marketing, Design, Operations, and Production, so I’ve seen different industries from a lot of different angles from the inside, too.
Outside of coaching, I enjoy hockey, golf, hiking, design, nature, photography, and the study of human high performance. I also commit 30% of my schedule to supporting US Senior Military Leaders and Special Operations Forces upon their transition to civilian life, helping them shift into a new way of contributing.
