Biography
Caroline is a former CFO turned Executive Coach who helps leaders understand the hidden patterns that drive their success, and the ones that eventually hold them back, so they can build a more intentional way of leading and navigate complexity with greater clarity, grounded confidence, and sustainable impact.
With 25 years of international experience, Caroline has supported leaders and teams through major transformations including M&A, restructuring, and cultural change. Her multifaceted background spans C-level functional and consulting roles across Finance, HR, IT, Operations, and Learning & Development, giving her a rare combination of strategic rigour and human insight.
Her coaching is direct, thoughtful, and anchored in deep self-awareness, with a strong focus on meaningful results. She creates a space for honest reflection and intentional growth, helping leaders understand the internal operating system behind their decisions, relationships, and leadership style.
