With a multifaceted background that includes board-level roles, Caroline has served as CFO with extended responsibilities in HR, IT, and Operations, leading major organizational changes like mergers and acquisitions, restructuring, and workforce planning. Recently, she worked with KPMG New Zealand to build leadership programs aimed at strengthening the leadership pipeline and enhancing organizational capability.
