She believes that when leaders possess the necessary know-how, skills, and tools, they not only become more effective themselves, but their impact ripples throughout their teams and organizations.
As a dynamic facilitator, Deb conducts highly interactive live and virtual programs on a wide range of topics. Her sessions enable participants to personally connect with the content, and build valuable insights, skills, and behaviors to lead more intentionally, both individually and with their teams.
With extensive experience in talent development and leadership, Deb has worked with leaders across all functions and at all organizational levels. Her 20-year industry background includes over 15 years with Raytheon, a prominent Fortune 500 Aerospace and Defense company. In various Talent Development and Leadership roles, Deb led enterprise-wide talent and leadership initiatives, such as succession planning, a sponsorship program for high-potential women and people of color, and multiple high-potential leadership programs.
Furthermore, Deb spearheaded the change management initiative for the company's HR & Security operational model, receiving an Exemplary Award from Corp U for its alignment with corporate goals.
