Executive coaching is a calling for Eun. People are her favorite subject, and she finds her bliss in meeting leaders where they are and guiding them through a journey of personal mastery. To provide a transformational experience that expands their capacity for learning, she co-creates an individualized program that is tailored for each one's needs; she seeks to understand them in their worlds and provides tools for mind/behavior shifts. She makes coaching simple, delightful, and powerful; clients testify that each session offers them clarity, focus, and confidence through Eun's challenge and support.
Eun has 25+ years of coaching and consulting experience in global leadership/teamwork, executive presence, strategic thinking, influence skills, and emotional intelligence. She has helped leaders in various industries build leadership brands, improve communication and collaboration, and increase influence across cultures/functions. Having been a change management consultant at a prestigious consulting firm, she has led cultural integration for M&As, facilitated cultural changes, and coached global leaders and expats successfully to transform and/or transition to new roles.
Based on her extensive international engagements, from Brazil to Israel and from China to Saudi Arabia, she has created an inspiring hybrid global leadership model and facilitated DEI coaching and workshops. With a keen interest in design thinking, she also applies design principles to leadership, enabling leaders to reflect on their identity, refine their presence, and create signature impact. She has also partnered on group coaching for innovation teams and women in leadership. She has authored/co-authored 10 books and e-learning tools on global leadership, culture, and communication (published in 4 languages).
She was a member of Growth Edge Network and a ""Braintrust"" of IDeaLs (Innovation and Design in Leadership) at Politecnico di Milano School of Management in Italy.
