Gudrun Lind is a senior executive and team coach with over 20 years of global experience in leadership development. She has held senior global roles in leadership development, talent management, and strategic change, guiding leaders through mergers, acquisitions, and organisational transformations in the pharmaceutical and healthcare industry. Gudrun has extensive experience coaching leaders and teams through change, uncertainty, and reorganisation.
Gudrun’s approach combines hands-on leadership experience with evidence-based positive psychology. Her coaching philosophy, "Connected Leadership," helps leaders align who they are with how they lead—turning insights into sustainable change. Known for quickly building trust, Gudrun helps clients gain clarity, develop actionable strategies, and make intentional decisions that drive meaningful results.
