Gudrun Lind brings over 20 years of global experience in leadership development, talent management and organisational change. She held senior director-level roles in multinational pharmaceutical organisations, including Allergan and Teva, where she led talent management and succession planning for up to 21,000 employees across 60+ countries. She partnered directly with executive leadership through mergers, acquisitions and large-scale restructuring — giving her firsthand understanding of what leaders face when the stakes are high and the ground is shifting.
Gudrun helps leaders shift from reactivity to intentional leadership. Many of her clients are high-performing leaders whose default is to step in and solve — an approach that works until it creates dependency, limits impact and drains energy. She works with both seasoned and emerging leaders to become more aware of how their thinking, emotions and actions shape their outcomes, their teams and their influence. Her approach blends coaching and mentoring — a space to think out loud, see what's hard to see alone, and sharpen what matters, so they approach what's important to them with greater clarity and confidence.
Through coaching, Gudrun's clients develop stronger executive presence, communicate with greater impact, delegate with confidence, build trust and ownership within their teams, and learn to read the room in real time. They become more deliberate in how they show up, make decisions and respond — protecting their energy, finding their voice and creating the conditions for others to step up.
Gudrun holds a master's in applied positive psychology and coaching psychology and an executive MBA. She is recognised by the Federation of Swiss Psychologists (FSP) and EMCC-certified as a senior professional coach. She has guided leaders at INSEAD and trained hundreds of professionals in self-leadership during career transitions.
