Biography

Gudrun Lind brings over 25 years of experience in leadership development. For 15 of those, she held senior director-level roles in multinational pharmaceutical organisations, including Actavis, Allergan and Teva, where she led talent acquisition, succession planning and culture change initiatives across multiple countries. She partnered directly with executive leadership through mergers, acquisitions and large-scale restructuring — giving her firsthand understanding of what leaders face amid uncertainty, constant change and high pressure.

Gudrun helps leaders become less reactive — so they can create more of what matters. Many of her clients are high-performing leaders running fast, carrying a lot, and quietly wondering if this is sustainable. Their default is to step in and solve. They keep playing harder instead of rewriting the game.

She works with seasoned and emerging leaders who know something needs to change — in how they think and how they hold complexity. Her approach blends coaching and mentoring — a space to think out loud, ponder tough decisions, challenge assumptions, and act with intent. This is a daily practice, not a quick fix.

Through coaching, they become less reactive and more deliberate. Not just in the moment — in how they lead, what they stand for, and who they're becoming. They see through more lenses, hold more range, and respond from choice rather than reflex. They strengthen how they manage their energy, stay grounded under pressure, and have the conversations that are often avoided.

Gudrun is EMCC-certified as a Senior Professional Coach and a Team Coach. She is a qualified FSP Coaching Psychologist (recognised by the Federation of Swiss Psychologists). She has coached and mentored global leaders through INSEAD's flagship leadership programs, and trained hundreds of professionals in self-leadership during career transitions.

Originally from Iceland and based in Switzerland. She coaches in English and Icelandic.
