Gudrun Lind has spent over 25 years in leadership development. For 15 of those, she held senior director-level roles in multinational pharmaceutical organisations — Actavis, Allergan and Teva — leading talent acquisition, succession planning and culture change across multiple countries. She partnered directly with executive leadership through mergers, acquisitions and large-scale restructuring. She understands firsthand what leaders carry amid uncertainty, high stakes and constant change.
Gudrun helps leaders become less reactive — so they can move from reflex to range. Many of her clients are high-performing leaders running fast, carrying a lot. Their default is to step in and solve. They keep playing harder instead of changing how they play — until the scope expands, the stakes rise, and the familiar style starts to cost them.
Flexing between opposite styles asks a lot of a leader. And it is rare.
Her approach is grounded in coaching psychology, adult development and polarities — the tension between opposites. Leaders get a space to challenge assumptions, think out loud, and act with more intent. They become more deliberate — not just in the moment, but in the bigger picture. They learn to respond with more range, become more themselves — and more of the leader people want to follow.
Gudrun is EMCC-certified as a Senior Professional Coach and a Team Coach. She is a qualified FSP Coaching Psychologist (recognised by the Federation of Swiss Psychologists).
