Her leadership journey spans more than two decades, during which she has led diverse teams across North America and internationally, inspiring agility, resilience, and adaptability.
Holly is an expert in leadership development, executive coaching, and talent optimization. She excels at helping individuals identify behaviors that hinder progress and creating actionable plans for meaningful change. Her unique approach empowers leaders to align their intentions with perceptions, fostering growth and sustainable success by forging new neural pathways.
Before joining AIIR, Holly served as Vice President and Managing Principal for North America Coaching at a division of a $21 billion Fortune 500 company. She directed coaching practices, oversaw the Project Management Office, and led strategic initiatives, earning the prestigious President’s Award for Outstanding Service four times. Her multi-functional expertise spans sales, operations, client relationship management, and large-scale project leadership. Her exceptional contributions earned her recognition as one of the Top 19 Coaches in Milwaukee by Influence Digest in 2022.
In addition, Holly co-founded and co-hosts the Uplifting Women Podcast, amplifying women’s stories of resilience and success. She also volunteers with The Honor Foundation, supporting military special forces personnel in transitioning to civilian careers.
