Biography
Holly Teska is a senior executive coach with 25+ years in leadership, executive coaching, and talent development. Previously Global Head of Leadership Excellence at AIIR Consulting, she works with C-suite, SVP, and VP leaders across pharma, healthcare, financial services, manufacturing, energy, and retail. She is known for her direct style, her ability to build trusting relationships quickly, and her talent for holding up an honest mirror to leaders who need to see themselves differently.
Holly specializes in high-performing senior leaders who are being limited by habits, blind spots, or behaviors that no longer serve them. She helps clients surface the patterns holding them back, align their intentions with how others perceive them, and build concrete action plans for sustainable change. Her work is grounded in neuroscience-informed coaching — helping clients build new neural pathways that turn new behaviors into lasting change.
Prior to AIIR, Holly was VP and Managing Principal of North America Coaching at a $21 billion Fortune 500 human capital management company, where she led the firm's coaching practice and PMO and earned the President's Award for Outstanding Service four times. Her corporate background across sales, operations, client relationship management, and large-scale project leadership gives her the credibility to coach senior leaders without losing the business edge they require. She works particularly well with leaders in complex, matrixed, or hybrid environments who need greater agility, resilience, and adaptability.
In 2022 and 2025, Holly was named a Top Coach in Milwaukee by Influence Digest.
